Module:    System Administration

Overview

Use Queue Priorities (program #1725) to flag priorities for alarm incidents as visible. When a user selects the Visible check box in the Alarm Queue tab of Data Entry (program #559), SBN displays only those alarms in the queue with a priority that has an X in the Visible column of Queue Priorities. When a user selects the Hidden check box in the Alarm Queue, SBN displays only those alarms in the queue with a priority that does not have an X in the Visible column of Queue Priorities.

Note: SBN only applies the priority settings in Queue Priorities to the Alarm Queue when option mo206 is on. When this option is off, SBN displays all alarms in the Alarm Queue regardless of whether the Hidden, Visible, or All check box is selected.
