Overview

Use Contact Relations (program #1633) to define the Relations field drop-down menu in the contact details screen of the Data Entry (program #559) Action Plans tab.

Field/Column Descriptions

The following table describes the fields and columns used in Contact Relations.

Creating a Contact Relation

Use the following steps to create a contact relation:

   1.    Choose New Record.

‰    The fields open for changes

   2.    Enter new relation information.

   3.    Choose Save to save changes and close.

Changing a Contact Relation

Use the following steps to change a contact relation:

   1.    Select a contact relation from the list of existing relations.

   2.    Choose Change.

‰    The description field opens for changes

   3.    Change information as needed.

   4.    Choose Save to save changes and close.

Deleting a Contact Relation

Use the following steps to delete a contact relation:

   1.    Select the relation you want to delete.

   2.    Choose Delete Record.

‰    The relation no longer appears in the list.

Zooming into a Contact Relation

Use the following steps to Zoom into a contact relation:

   1.    Select the relation you want to zoom on.

   2.    Choose Zoom.

‰    The user is presented with a lower pane

   3.    Select the Add button to add a language to a specific Contact Relation.
