Overview
Use Patrol Statistics to display the differences in time between selected events.
To access this report, select Patrol Statistics (report #2125) from the main menu of SBN.
The Patrol Statistics Report
This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the content of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.

Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of the Patrol Statistics report.

You may select a range of dates to limit the report to events that occurred during that range. Select the beginning date of the range. |

You may select a range of time to limit the report to events that occurred during that range. Select the beginning time of the range. |

You may select a range of dates to limit the report to events that occurred during that range. Select the ending date of the range. |

You may select a range of time to limit the report to events that occurred during that range. Select the ending time of the range. |

You may type a range of incidents to limit the report to incidents within the range. Type the beginning incident number. O The report only includes incidents from the Call Out Log that are marked X in Quality Control, closed, and have not been deleted. |

Column Descriptions
The following table describes the columns used in the output of the Patrol Statistics report.

The difference in time from the initial signal until the operator acknowledges the alarm. |
alrm-disp |
The difference in time from the initial signal until the operator dispatches a patrol agency. |
disp-pacs |
The difference in time from the patrol dispatch until the patrol agency acknowledgement. |
pacs-onst |
The difference in time from the patrol agency acknowledgement (Event 65) until the patrol arrives onsite. |
ofst-rtck |
The difference in time from the patrol being offsite to the return of the patrol ticket (Event 69). |
