Overview

Use Projected Cycle Billing to view all cycle fees that are valid on a specified date.

To access this report, select Projected Cycle Billing (report #1908) from the main menu of SBN.

The Projected Cycle Billing Report

This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the content of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.

Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.

Field Descriptions

The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of this report.

Note: You can use wildcard characters in selected fields. For more information on using wildcards, see Searches.

Valid Cycle Fee Date

You must select a date to limit the report to cycle fees that are valid on that date.

Cycle Period Range

Frequency - From (No label)

No

You may type a range of cycle frequencies to limit the report to cycle fees with a frequency within the range. Type the beginning cycle frequency of the range.

O    If you leave these fields blank, the report includes all cycle frequencies.

Frequency - To
(No label)

No

You may type a range of cycle frequencies to limit the report to cycle fees with a frequency within the range. Type the ending cycle frequency of the range.

O    If you leave these fields blank, the report includes all cycle frequencies.

Group By

No

You must select a grouping parameter for this report.

Include Details

No

Enter a check mark in this box to include the following details about each GL account number:

l    Associated contract numbers

l    Associated installation numbers

l    Associated Dealer IDs

l    Monthly amount of cycle fees for each associated contract

l    Valid from date

Yes

You may either select a Contract Basics Group 1 to limit the report to accounts associated with that group, or use the % wildcard to include all Contract Basics Group 1 groups. (This menu originates from program #1868.)

Exclude

No

You may exclude a Contract Basics Group 1 by selecting the group and then entering a check mark in this box.

Ctr Group 2

Yes

You may either select a Contract Basics Group 2 to limit the report to accounts associated with that group, or use the % wildcard to include all Contract Basics Group 2 groups. (This menu originates from program #1868.)

You may exclude a Contract Basics Group 2 by selecting the group and then entering a check mark in this box.

Branch Ranges

Branch

You may select up to three ranges of branches to limit the report to branches within the ranges. Select the beginning branch number of a range. (These menus originate from program #1530.)

O    If you leave the fields blank, the report includes all branches in your user profile.

O    Branch restrictions apply.

Branch

You may select up to three ranges of branches to limit the report to branches within the ranges. Select the ending branch number of a range. (These menus originate from program #1530.)

O    If you leave the fields blank, the report includes all branches in your user profile.

Exclude

You may exclude ranges of branches from the report by selecting the ranges and then entering a check mark in the corresponding Exclude box.

Dealer Ranges

Dealer

No

You may select up to three ranges of dealer IDs to limit the report to dealer IDs within the ranges. Select the beginning dealer ID of a range. (These menus originate from program #1537.)

O    If you leave the fields blank, the report includes all dealers in your user profile.

O    Branch restrictions apply.

Dealer

You may select up to three ranges of dealer IDs to limit the report to dealer IDs within the ranges. Select the ending dealer ID of the range. (These menus originate from program #1537.)

O    If you leave the fields blank, the report includes all dealers in your user profile.

You may exclude ranges of dealer IDs from the report by selecting the ranges and then entering a check mark in the corresponding Exclude box.

Report Example 1

The following graphic shows an example of a detailed version of the output of the Projected Cycle Billing report.

Column Descriptions 1

The following table describes the columns used in the output of the report.

Branch ID.

GL Account

GL account number.

Contract

Contract number associated with the selected GL account number.

Inst #

Installation number associated with the selected contract.

Dealer

ID of the dealer associated with the selected installation number.

Monthly Amount

Amount of cycle fees for the selected contract number.

Valid From Date

Date the selected cycle fees became valid.

Total for GL Account

Identifies each GL account number associated with the branch.

Total

Count of the number of invoices attached to the selected GL account number.

Invoices

Total of the monthly cycle fees for the selected GL account number.

Total for Branch

Branch ID.

Total

Count of the number of invoices attached to all GL account numbers associated with the selected branch.

Invoices

Total of the monthly cycle fees for all GL account numbers associated with the selected branch.

Grand Total

Total

Count of the number of invoices attached to all GL account numbers for all branches.

Invoices

Total of the monthly cycle fees for all GL account numbers associated with all branches.

Count of the number of invoices attached to the selected GL account number.

Total of the monthly cycle fees for the selected GL account number.

Count of the number of invoices attached to all GL account numbers associated with the selected branch.

Invoices

Total of the monthly cycle fees for all GL account numbers associated with the selected branch.
