Overview

Use Adjustment Reason (program #1783) to define adjustment reasons for work orders. A menu of adjustment reasons appears in the Details tab and the Adjustment Distribution tab of Work Orders in Data Entry Master and Basics (program #559).

To access this program, select Adjustment Reasons (program #1783) from the main menu of SBN.

The Adjustment Reasons Window

The following graphic shows Adjustment Reasons as the program opens. The window displays previously defined adjustment reasons.

Field/Column Descriptions

The following table describes the fields and columns used in the main window of Adjustment Reasons.

Field/Column	Description
Abbreviation	Abbreviation that identifies the selected adjustment reason.
Description	Text description of the selected adjustment reason.
GL Account Number	General Ledger account number to which this adjustment reason applies. O If option bl058 is off, a menu appears of GL account numbers that have the AR flag set. (This menu originates from program #1835.)
Commission Flag	Select this check box if this adjustment reason affects commission calculation.
