Overview
Use Work Codes (program #1782) to define all non work-related events that would prevent an employee from being available for normal scheduling. A menu of Work Codes appears in the schedule board.
To access this program, select Work Codes (program #1782) from the main menu of SBN.

The following graphic shows Work Codes as the program opens. The upper pane displays previously defined work codes.
