Overview
Use the User Activity report to view user activity in SBN, by module.
To access this report, select User Activity (report #1989) from the main menu of SBN.
The User Activity Report
This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the content of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.

Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of the User Activity report.

Date - From (No label) |
You may select a range of dates to limit the report to open / close activity that occurred during that range. Select the beginning date of the range. O This field defaults to the current date. |
Time - From (No label) |
You may select a range of time to limit the report to open / close activity that occurred during that range. Select the beginning time of the range. |
Date -
To |
You may select a range of dates to limit the report to open / close activity that occurred during that range. Select the ending date of the range. O This field defaults to tomorrow’s date. |
Time -
To |
You may select a range of time to limit the report to open / close activity that occurred during that range. Select the ending time of the range. |
User |
You may select a specific user ID to limit the report to user activity for that user ID. (This menu originates from program #1501.) O If you leave this field blank, the report includes all user IDs. |

You may type a range of modules to limit the report to user activity within the range: l 0 = Monitoring l 1 = Data Entry l 3 = Billing l 4 = Marketing l 9 = Service O If you leave these fields blank, the report includes all modules. |

Report Example
The following graphic shows an example of the output of the User Activity report. If option ba103 is off, this report produces no data.

Column Descriptions
The following table describes the columns used in the output of the report.

Module in which the user was active. |
In Time |
Date and time at which the user logged into the module. |
Out Time |
Date and time at which the user logged out of the module. |
Total Time |
Total time the user was logged into the module; displayed in D:HH:MM:SS. |
User |
Identifies the User ID for the selected period. |
Total |
Total time the user was logged into SBN modules for the specified period; displayed in D:HH:MM:SS. |
