Overview
Use the Alarm Ticket report to print a list of alarm tickets on alarm incidents that occurred within a specified period. User’s branch restrictions apply.
To access this report, select Alarm Ticket (report #1997) from the main menu of SBN.
The Alarm Ticket Report
This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the content of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.

Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of the Alarm Ticket report.

You may type a specific incident number to limit the report to that incident. If you type a specific incident number, SBN prints the alarm ticket for that incident regardless of the specified period. O If you leave this field blank, SBN reports on all alarm incidents that occurred during the specified period. |
Agency Type |

You may select an agency type (Fire, Medical, Patrol, or Police) to limit the report to alarm tickets for incidents associated with a specific agency type. O If you leave this field blank, the report includes alarm tickets for all agency types. |

You may select an agency ID to print alarm tickets for incidents associated with that agency or use the % wildcard to include all agencies. |

You must select a date or a range of dates to limit the report to log entries that occurred during that range. Select the beginning date of the range. O This field defaults to the current date. |

You may select a range of time to limit the report to log entries that occurred during that range. Select the beginning time of the range. O This field defaults to 0:00 (Midnight). |

Report Example
The following graphic shows an example of the output of the Alarm Ticket report.

Note: Alarm activity details will only appear if option temp105 is off and the alarm has been resolved. If the option is on, these details will not be displayed.
Column Descriptions
The following table describes the columns used in the output of the report.

CID of the installation. |
Branch |
ID of the branch associated with the installation. |
Name |
Customer or company name. |
Address |
Address of the installation. |
Agency |
Phone number and name of the agency, attached to the action plan in effect for this alarm, that was called during the specified period. |
Zn / Pt / A / C |
Identifies the zone, point, area, and code from which the alarm originated. |
UL |
Identifies the UL Grade attached to the action plan. |
Area |
Area protected by the zone. |
Line Type |
Line type of the CID. |
Key # |
ID number of the monitoring station key for the installation. |
Key Used |
An X in this field indicates that the monitoring station key was used for the alarm incident. When this field is blank, it indicates that the monitoring station key was not used. |
Description |
Text attached to the zone. |
Guard response time |
The amount of time that elapsed between the time the signal arrived at the central station and the time the guard arrived at the installation; displayed in hours:minutes:seconds. |
