Overview

Use the Sales Appointment Report to generate information about a scheduled sales call and other demographic information. User’s branch restrictions apply.

To access this report, from the Marketing and Marketing Basics choose Run Reports and select or choose Sales Appointment Report (report #2038) from the main menu of SBN.

The Sales Appointment Report

This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the contents of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.

Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.

Field Descriptions

The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of this report.

Period

Date - From
(No label)

You must select one date or a range of dates to limit the report to sales calls scheduled within the range. Select the beginning date of the range.

O    This field defaults to the first day of the previous month.

Time - From
(No label)

You must select a beginning time or a range of times to limit the report to sales calls scheduled within the range. Select the beginning time of the range.

O    This field defaults to 00:00 (MIdnight).

Date - To
(No label)

If you select a range of dates to limit the report to sales calls scheduled within the range, select the ending date of the range.

Time - To
(No label)

If you select a range of times to limit the report to sales calls scheduled within the range, select the ending time of the range.

O    This field defaults to 00:00 (MIdnight).

Branch

You may select a specific branch to limit the report to sales persons associated with that branch. (This menu originates from program #1530.)

SC ID Range

SC Id - From
(No label)

You may select a range of IDs of sales persons to limit the report to sales calls scheduled for sales persons within the range. Select the beginning ID of the range. (This menu originates from program #1539.)

O    If you leave these fields blank, the report includes all sales persons.

SC Id - To
(No label)

You may select a range of IDs of sales persons to limit the report to sales calls scheduled for sales persons within the range. Select the ending ID of the range. (This menu originates from program #1539.)

O    If you leave these fields blank, the report includes all sales persons.

Lead # Range

Lead # - From
(No label)

You may type a range of inquiry numbers to limit the report to sales calls associated with inquiries in the range. Type the beginning inquiry of the range.

O    Type the inquiry number exactly as it appears in Marketing Basics, including all appropriate 0s.

O    If you leave these fields blank, the report includes all inquiry numbers.

Lead # - To
(No label)

You may type a range of inquiry numbers to limit the report to sales calls associated with inquiries in the range. Type the ending inquiry of the range.

O    Type the inquiry number exactly as it appears in Marketing Basics, including all appropriate 0s.

O    If you leave these fields blank, the report includes all inquiry numbers.

New Print Only

Enter a check mark in this box to limit the report to scheduled sales calls that have not been printed before.

Inquiry Number

Inquiry number.

Sales Person

Name of sales person.

Branch

Sales branch ID.

Name

Name of person or business that made the inquiry.

AKA

Also Known As name of the inquirer.

Address

Address for the inquiry.

Address Line 2
(No label)

Additional address line for the inquiry.

Cross Street

Name of the cross street closest to address.

City

City of the inquiry address.

St.

State of the inquiry address.

Zip

Zip code of the inquiry address.

Phone 1

Residence or primary phone number.

Phone 2

Secondary phone number.

Appointment

Day

Day of the week on which the appointment occurs.

Date

Date on which the appointment occurs.

Time

Time at which the appointment occurs.

Subscriber Type

Subscriber type of the inquiry.

Reason for Call

Reason for the inquiry.

Source

Identifies the source used by the inquirer.

Program

Identifies the program code of the inquiry.

Contact person

Title

Titles of the first and second contacts entered in the Marketing Basics tab.

Name

Names of the first and second contacts entered in the Marketing Basics tab.

Phone

Phone numbers of the first and second contacts entered in the Marketing Basics tab.

Ext

Phone extensions, if applicable, of the first and second contacts entered in the Marketing Basics tab.

Comment

Text from the comment field of the Marketing Basics tab.

Demographic information

Business Type

To be completed by sales person.

Competitor

To be completed by sales person.

New Construction

Yes / No flag for the sales person to choose.

New Homeowner

Yes / No flag for the sales person to choose.

Prewire

Yes / No flag for the sales person to choose.

No. of Children

To be completed by sales person.
