Utilities

Section Overview

Utilities documents describe the function of SBN applications such as the Concentrator, Frontend, and Backup Host, as well as frequently used programs including the Software Request board, Communication Log, and Options settings. Other Utilities documents describe programs to maintain patrol agency information, define various Action Plan menus, maintain customer credit profiles, view e-mail, fax, and paging queues, and set up SBN messages. Utilities also include programs outside of SBN used to create graphs of system usage statistics and manage various SBN services from a central console.
