Overview
Use the Service Request Item Count report to view counts for items by installer and resolution during a specified period. User’s branch restrictions apply. This report produces at least 2 sections of results. The first section of the output displays results alphabetically by resource ID and also displays items with the resolution used. The second section of the output displays item counts by resolution
To access this report, select Service Request Item Count (report #1158) from the main menu of SBN.
The Service Request Item Count Report
This window contains two panes: in the upper pane you define the content of the report; in the lower pane you defining the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.

Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of this report.
Note: You can use wildcard characters in selected fields. For more information about using wildcards, see Using Wildcard Characters in the reference document, Searches.

The following table describes the columns used in the first section of the report output.

Depending on the grouping category selected, this column displays either the technician or the installer associated with the following items and resolutions. |

Code that identifies the item. |
Description |
Text description of the item. |
Resl |
Code the identifies the resolution used with the selected item. |
Resolution |
Text description of the resolution. |
Count |
The number of times the selected resource used the selected item / resolution combination during the specified period. |
Tech / Installer Total |
Depending on the grouping category selected, this column displays the total of item / resolution combinations that the selected resource used during the specified period. |
Grand Total |
Displays the total count of item / resolution combinations used by all resources during the specified period. |
