Phasing and the Punch tab in both Data Entry Master and Basics (#559) and Work Order Queue (#574) has various changes to help improve user functionality:

The start date field defaults to today's date in the Punch List screen when creating a new punch.

The Punch List screen has a new Follow-up Date field. If the user forgets to manually add a follow up date, the follow-up date will now automatically populate to the next day.

The latest Punch Item and Follow-up Date columns were also added in Work Order Queue.

The follow-up date column will turn red in the Work Order Queue if the date is the current date, or a date in the past. This provides simple identification to Punches which require immediate attention.

Each report has pre-populated fields already selected or filled in. For example, depending on the report selected, the CID, Branch range, Dealer range, or Installation range will be pre-populated with information for that dealer/subdealer or specific account you have pulled up in #559.

The email dropdown is filled in with the email address or addresses associated with the dealer or subdealer for the specific installation selected.

SBN Services with Verbose Logging now have additional settings available to assist with log files. Retention periods, Maximum Size (in MB), and the base filename under the General tab of each service is now displayed. When the defined maximum size of a log file is reached, a new file will be created with a new numerical number at the end of the file name. When the defined maximum days to keep a file or files is exceeded, the oldest file(s) exceeding the defined retention period will be deleted.
