Module: Accounting
Overview
Use the Scheduled Payment Aging to view past due scheduled payments.
To access this report, select Scheduled Payment Aging (report #2139) from the main menu of SBN.
The Scheduled Payment Aging Report
This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the contents of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want the report printed.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.
Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of this report.

Description |
Account No |
You may type a specific account number to limit the report to scheduled payments for that account. O Type either an account number or an invoice number, not both. |
Invoice No |
You may type a specific invoice number to limit the report to that invoice. O Type either an account number or an invoice number, not both. |
Aging Date |
You may select an aging date to determine the aging categories. |

Report Example
The following graphic shows an example of the output of the Scheduled Payment Aging report.
Column Descriptions
The following table describes the columns used in the output of the report.

Account |
Account number. |
Name |
Account name. |
Invoice |
Invoice number to which the scheduled payments apply. |
Balance |
The balance due for the selected invoice. |
Current |
The balance of scheduled payments that are not past due. |
Dynamic labels |
The balance in each aging category. (Define aging categories in program #1802.) |
Grand Totals |
Totals for all accounts in the following columns: l Invoices l Balance l Current l Each aging category |
