Request AOK Service
Overview
The Request AOK Service sends "all-OK" requests out to monitored devices on a fixed timer. On each cycle it asks SBN for the list of accounts that currently have a pending request, then submits each one so the device can confirm that it is in a normal, healthy state.
The service runs continuously. Each cycle it reads the current pending list, submits the outstanding requests, and then waits for the configured timer interval before checking again, so new requests are picked up as they appear.
The service requires a working SBN data-server connection; if the connection cannot be established at start-up, the service logs the reason and stops. If a request cannot be submitted while running, the service records the error, sends a notification e-mail, and stops.

Service Properties
Only properties specific to this service are listed here. Common service properties (SBN Server connection, Logging, SMTP) are found here.
Timer (In Minutes)
How often the service runs a pass. The service waits this many minutes between cycles, then submits any pending requests it finds. The minimum is 1 minute; lower values are raised to 1.
New DL Core
The address of the service that receives the all-OK requests. Each request the service builds is submitted to this address.
Authentication User
The user name used to authenticate when submitting requests to the address above.
Authentication Pass
The password that pairs with the Authentication User when submitting requests.
Verbose Logging
When enabled, the service writes extra detail to its log, such as how many pending requests were found on each pass. Normally left off to keep the log concise.
