Overview
Use the Installer Efficiency report to analyze installer and vendor efficiency by branch.
To access this report, select Installer Efficiency (report #2060) from the main menu of SBN.
The Installer Efficiency Report
This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the content of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.

Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of this report.

Date

You may select a range of dates to limit the report to work orders within that range. Select the beginning date of the range. |
Date

You may select a range of dates to limit the report to work orders within that range. Select an ending date of the range. |
Branch |
You may select a specific branch ID to limit the report to closed work orders associated with that branch. (This menu originates from program #1530.) O If you leave this field blank, SBN includes all branches. O If option rptprof is on, user branch restrictions apply. |

You may select a range of installer IDs to limit the report to records with installer IDs within the range. Select the beginning installer ID of the range. |

You may select a range of installer IDs to limit the report to records with installer IDs within the range. Select the ending installer ID of the range. |

You may select a range of vendor IDs to limit the report to records with vendor IDs within the range. Select the beginning vendor ID of the range. (This menu originates from program #1758.) |

Summary |
Enter a check mark in this box to limit the report to a summary version. |

Column Descriptions
The following table describes the columns used in the output of the report.

Branch ID and branch name. |
Installer |
Installer ID and installer name. |
Vendor |
Vendor ID and vendor name. |
Contract # |
Contract number. |
Name |
Contract name. |
% of Job |
The percentage of the job assigned to this installer or vendor in the sales / installer window of the work order. |
EST Units |
Displays the estimated standard labor units percentage of job that applies to this installer or vendor. O Standard labor units include all labor units from work orders associated with this contract number. |
ACT Units |
Actual labor units performed by the installer or vendor. |
Efficiency |
Efficiency of installer or vendor; based on (actual labor units) / (estimated labor units). |
