Overview

Use Revenue Groups (program #1513) to define revenue groups. A menu of Revenue Groups appears in the update window of Revenue Type Catalog.

On work orders, you may select to print invoices at the level of revenue group instead of the level of revenue type.

To access this program, select Revenue Groups (program #1513) from the main menu of SBN.

The Revenue Groups Window

The following graphic shows Revenue Groups as the program opens. The middle pane displays previously defined revenue groups.

Searching for Revenue Groups by Dealer ID

Use the following steps to search for revenue groups by Dealer ID.

   1.    In Revenue Groups (program #1513), select the ID of dealer for whom you want to find associated revenue groups.

   2.    Choose Search.

‰    SBN displays the search results.

Zooming into the Sublevel

Revenue Groups contains a sublevel tab in which you may translate the descriptions of revenue groups into other languages.
