System Administration
Section Overview
Use the programs in System Administration to perform administrative functions such as granting users access to various parts of SBN, defining and maintaining SBN user profiles, setting up user log-in information, defining various menus that appear throughout SBN, setting up report parameters to print any SBN report, setting up required and optional fields for your company, and setting up, maintaining, and allocating resource schedules. Use other System Administration programs to define how SBN creates contract, account, or customer ID numbers, set up background tasks that archive or delete data, create user bulletins that appear in the SBN status bar, move alarms between queues, define and track payroll information, define employee commission calculations, define general ledger accounts, define conditions for collections calls, and to set up and maintain aspects of SBN concentrators and servers.
