Marketing Event Transitions

Program #:   1823

Module:    System Administration

Overview

Use Marketing Event Transitions (program #1823) to define valid transitions from one marketing event to another. SBN checks for valid marketing event transitions in the following order:

   1.    A transition with defined current and new events.

   2.    A transition with a blank current event and a defined new event.

   3.    A transition with a defined current event and a blank new event.

   4.    A transition with blank current and new events.

Note: The default setting for marketing event transitions displays blank current and new events, and a 0 for the action. Use the default to enable a transition from any marketing event to any marketing event without requiring user authorization.
