Overview
Use the Sales Per Source report to view
The number of presentations made from inquiries that were created within a specified period, sorted by associated source
The number of resulting sales from those inquiries regardless of the date of presentation or sale, sorted by associated source
User branch restrictions apply.
To access this report, select Sales Per Source (report #2026) from the main menu of SBN.
The Sales Per Source Report
This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the contents of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.
Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of this report.

Date

You may select a range of dates to limit the report to inquiries that were created within that range. Select the beginning date of the range. O This field defaults to the current date. |
Time

You may select a range of time to limit the report to inquiries that were created within that range. Select the beginning time of the range. |
Date
- To |
You may select a range of dates to limit the report to inquiries that were created within that range. Select the ending date of the range. O This field defaults to tomorrow’s date. |
Time
- To |
You may select a range of time to limit the report to inquiries that were created within that range. Select the ending time of the range. |
Source |
You may select a source to limit the report to inquires associated with that source. (This menu originates from program #1710.) O If you leave this field blank, the report includes all sources. |

Column Descriptions
The following table describes the columns used in the report output.

Identifies the period within which the following inquiries were created. |
Source ID |
Identifies the source associated with the inquiries. |
Inquiries |
Number of inquiries associated with the selected source during the specified period. |
% |
Percentage of total inquiries for the selected source. |
Visits |
Number of presentations made for the inquiries associated with the selected source during the specified period. |
Sales |
Number of sales made for the inquiries associated with the selected source during the specified period. |
Total |
Displays the total number of inquiries entered per branch during the specified period and the total resulting sales per branch during the specified period. |
Source Name |
Description of the source. |
Total |
Displays totals in three columns: l The number of all inquiries entered during the specified period l The number of presentations made for all inquiries during the specified period l The number of sales made for all inquiries during the specified period |
