Overview
The Aging Totals report lists all account balances for each aging level according to the aging date used.
To access this report, choose Aging Totals (report #1179) from the main menu of SBN.
The Aging Totals Report
This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the content of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.

Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of the Aging Totals report.

Aging Date |
Select the aging date to display totals aged by this date. |
Use Invoice Date |
You may enter a check mark in this box to use the invoice date for aging the accounts. O If you leave this field blank, the report uses the due date on the invoices to age the accounts. |
Balance Range |

Balance - From |
You may type a range of balances to limit the report to those records with a balance within that range. Type the minimum account balance. O If you leave this field blank, the report assumes infinity. |
Balance - To |
You may type a range of balances to limit the report to those records with a balance within that range. Type a maximum account balance. O If you leave this field blank, the report defaults to a maximum account balance of $21,474,836.47. |
Days Past Due Range |

Days - From |
You may type a range of days past due to limit the report to those records that have accounts past due within that range. Type the minimum number of days past due. O If you leave this field blank, the report defaults to -32767. |
Days - To |
You may type a range of days past due to limit the report to those records that have accounts past due within that range. Type the maximum number of days past due. O If you leave this field blank, the report defaults to 32767. |
Dealer |
You may select a dealer ID to restrict the report to records associated with that dealer. (This menu originates from program #1537.) O If your company uses Dealer restrictions, the menu displays only those dealer IDs included in your user profile. |

Column Descriptions
The following table describes the columns used in the output of the report.

Dealer |
Displays the ID of the dealer associated with the aging totals. |
Range |
Displays the customer-defined aging levels. |
Amount |
Displays the open balance for each aging level. To calculate the open balance, SBN uses:

Grand Total |
Grand total of aging totals for the selected dealer. |
