Overview
Use Collection Agency Actions (program #1825) to define collection agency actions. A menu of collection agency actions appears in the Collections tab of Contract Master (program #548) when you choose Collection Action [F7].
To access this program, select Collection Agency Actions (program #1825) from the main menu of SBN.
