Overview

Use the Sales Per User report to view

  • The number of inquiries per user within a specified period

  • The number of resulting sales from those inquiries

User branch restrictions apply.

To access this report, select Sales Per User (report #2025) from the main menu of SBN.

The Sales Per User Report

This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the contents of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.

Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.

 

Field Descriptions

The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of this report.

Period

Date - From
(No label)

You may select a range of dates to limit the report to inquiries that were created within that range. Select the beginning date of the range.

O    This field defaults to the current date.

Time - From
(No label)

You may select a range of time to limit the report to inquiries that were created within that range. Select the beginning time of the range.

Date - To
(No label)

You may select a range of dates to limit the report to inquiries that were created within that range. Select the ending date of the range.

O    This field defaults to tomorrow’s date.

Time - To
(No label)

You may select a range of time to limit the report to inquiries that were created within that range. Select the ending time of the range.

Branch

You may select a Marketing branch to limit the report to inquires associated with that marketing branch. (This menu originates from program #1530.)

O    If you leave this field blank, the report includes all marketing branches.

O    If option rptprof is on, SBN limits the report based on the user’s branch profile.

User

You may select a specific user ID to limit the report to inquiries created by that user. (This menu originates from program #1501.)

O    If you leave this field blank, the report includes all user IDs.

Report Example

The following graphic shows an example of the output of the Sales Per User report.

Column Descriptions

The following table describes the columns used in the report output.

Branch

Identifies the marketing branch associated with the following inquiries.

User ID

User ID.

Inquiries

Number of inquiries entered by the user during the specified period.

Sales

Number of sales that resulted from the inquiries entered during the specified period.

User Name

User name.

Total

Displays the total number of inquiries entered per branch during the specified period and the total resulting sales per branch during the specified period.

Grand Total

Displays the total number of inquiries entered for all branches during the specified period and the total number of resulting sales for all branches during the specified period.
