Overview
Use the Customer Listing Report to view all active customers by branch and zip code.
To access this report, select Customer Listing Report (report #2068) from the main menu of SBN.
The Customer Listing Report
This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the contents of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want the report printed.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.
Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of this report.

Branch |
You may select a specific branch to limit the report to installations for that branch. (This menu originates from program #1530.) O This field defaults to the user’s branch. O If you leave this field blank, the report includes all branches in the user’s branch access profile. |

Code - From |
You may type a range of zip codes to limit the report to installations within the range. Type the beginning zip code of the range. O If you leave these fields blank, the report includes all zip codes. |
Zip
Code - To |
You may type a range of zip codes to limit the report to installations within the range. Type the ending zip code of the range. O If you leave these fields blank, the report includes all zip codes. |
Sort Order |
You must select a sorting parameter for this report: l Name l Address l Contract |

Report Example
The following graphic shows an example of the output of the Customer Listing Report sorted by Name.
Column Descriptions
The following table describes the columns used in the output of the report.

Identifies the sorting parameter selected for this report. |
Branch |
Displays the ID and name of the installation branch. |
Name |
Displays the combined installation name. O If you selected Name as the sorting parameter, the report sorts by last name. |
Contract # |
Contract number. |
Address |
Street address (part of the installation address). |
City |
City (part of the installation address). |
State |
State (part of the installation address). |
Zip |
Zip code (part of the installation address). |
Phone |
Installation phone number. |
Rate |
Rate of the monthly cycle fee. |
Sys |
Description of Class 3 from Date Entry. |
