Overview
Use Outbound Slots (program #1792) to define times for outbound slots to group collections calls for the best response. Setting times in Outbound Slots affects the output of the Get Next Record button in Marketing (program #562).
To access this program, select Outbound Slots (program #1792) from the main menu of SBN.
