Overview

Use Work Order Difficulty Levels (program #1599) to define the menu of the Difficulty Levels in Work Orders. SBN uses the selected difficulty level to determine the amount to charge for labor on an installation, based on the difficulty of the installation. For more details on the menu of Difficulty Levels see Work Orders. You may assign an unlimited number of difficulty levels to each Work Order Type but you must define them individually.

To access this program, select Work Order Difficulty Levels (program #1599) from the main menu of SBN.
