Account Change Log
Module: Accounting
Overview
The Account Change Log tracks all changes that are made to the Billing Accounts pane of the Contract Master.
Note: The Account Change Log refers to the Cycle Currency field of Contract Master as the Secondary Currency field.
To access this program, select Contract Master (program #548) from the main menu of SBN and then choose the Account Change Log tab.

The following graphic shows the Account Change Log tab after changes have been made to the Billing Information pane of the Contract Master.

Change Log Type (no label) |
Type of change log that you are currently viewing. l Blank — regular account change log. This is the default view for the Account Change Log. l Archive — account change log archive. Note: Option ba418 must be on to archive the Account Change Log. Job #38 in Background Tasks (program #1712) archives the Account Change Log at customer-defined intervals. |

Date the change was made. |

Time |
Time the change was made. |

User |
ID of the user who made the change. |

Field |
Description of the field where the change was made. |

Field Ext 1 |
Field extension where the change was made. Fields with multiple rows have an extension number for each row in the field. |

Field extension where the change was made. |

Field Ext 3 |
Field extension where the change was made. |

Field Ext 4 |
Field extension where the change was made. |

Additional Info |
Additional information about the change. This may include a service request number or a general description of the change. |
