Overview

Use Credit Reminder Charges to credit reminder charges that remain on accounts that have had newer balances paid.

To access this program, select Credit Reminder Charges (program #526) under Utilities > New Programs > New Programs 1 from the main menu of SBN.

The following screen shows the Credit Reminder Charges window.

The following table describes the fields used in the Credit Reminder Charges window.

Field	Description
Description	Text description for the credit batch. This appears in the description field in Invoice Manager (program #1557).
Credit Date	You must select a date to apply the credits.
Dealer	You may select a dealer ID to limit the credit reminder charges to those accounts associated with that dealer ID.
Printer	Select the printer to print the invoice report.
Fin Sep	This field is active when option ba278 is on. Financial Separation; use with Securitas Partner Invoicing. You may enter a flag in this field to limit credit reminders based on the Fin Sep flag in Branch Profiles (program #1530) for the associated branch: l X â€” Use only accounts associated with branches flagged to use Financial Separation. l % â€” Use all accounts regardless of the Financial Separation flag for their associated branches.

From this program you can automatically process these credits.

Use the following steps to run the process:

1. In Credit Reminder Charges (program #526), complete the fields.

2. Choose Continue.

â€° The process runs, and the Invoice report prints at the specified printer.

Note: External invoice numbers are created for invoices generated by the Credit Reminder Charges program.
