Overview

Use Text Abbreviations (program #1544) to define alternate text for an item. When you select the alternate text - from the Abbreviation column of the Cycle Fees tab - for an item, the invoice for the cycle fees associated with that item displays the alternate text instead of the item description.

To access this program, select Text Abbreviations (program #1544) from the main menu of SBN.
