Action Profiles Report
Module: Account Management
Overview
Use the Action Profiles report to view the actions attached to user profiles. User’s branch restrictions apply.
To access this report, choose Action Profiles (report #1987) from the main menu of SBN.
The Action Profiles
This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the content of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Panes for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report
Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of the Action Profiles report.

Profile |
Select the profile name for which you want to report attached actions. |
Include Only Active |
Enter a check mark in this box to limit the report to those actions that are active on the selected profile. O If you leave this field blank, the report includes all actions attached to the selected profile. |
Include Details |
Enter a check mark in this box to include sublevel records (individual buttons and function keys) for the actions attached to the selected profile. |

Column Descriptions
The following table describes the columns used in the output of the report.

The selected profile name. |

The total number of active actions for the selected profile. |
