Overview

Use Cancel/Resell Miscellaneous (program #1894) to define labels for cancel/resell miscellaneous fields that appear in the New Installation and New Customer dialog boxes when you choose Cancel Contract from Contract Master (program #548). Cancel/Resell Miscellaneous contains a sublevel in which you define codes that appear in the menus of the labeled cancel/resell miscellaneous fields.

To access this program, choose Cancel/Resell Miscellaneous (program #1894) from the main menu of SBN.
