Overview

Use Global General Ledger Accounts (program #1594) to define the accounts for each of the five system-defined types of general ledger (GL) accounts. SBN uses these accounts as the offset or master accounts for GL exports and reports.

To access this program, select Global GL Accounts (program #1594) from the main menu of SBN.

The Global General Ledger Accounts Window

The following graphic shows the Global General Ledger Accounts window as the program opens. The window displays the five types with the previously defined account numbers and descriptions.
