Overview
Use the Technician Log report to evaluate the performance of both technicians and service branches. This report uses data from the Service Misc. Log. You may run either a detailed or a summary version of the report. This report sorts results by technician within service branches.
To access this report, select Technician Log (program #2101) from the main menu of SBN.
The Technician Log Report
This window contains two panes: in the upper pane you define the content of the report; in the lower pane you define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.
Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of the Technician Log report.

You may select a range of dates to limit the report to service requests that have an on-site record within the range. Select the beginning date of the range. |

You may type a range of technician IDs to limit the report to service requests associated with technician IDs within the range. Type the beginning technician ID of the range. |

Branch Ranges |

Branch |
You may select up to three ranges of branches to limit the report to branches within the ranges. Select the beginning branch number of a range. (These menus originate from program #1530.) |
Branch |
You may select up to three ranges of branches to limit the report to branches within the ranges. Select the ending branch number of a range. (These menus originate from program #1530.) |
Exclude |
You may exclude ranges of branches from the report by selecting the ranges and then entering a check mark in the corresponding Exclude box. |

Time at which the service request was created. |

Resolution code from the first line of the service request, if available. |

Text description of the resolution code. |
Tran |
Total transit time, in minutes, for the selected service request. |
Work |
Total work time, in minutes, for the selected service request. |
Date |
Date on which technician performed service. |
Tran |
Total transit time, in minutes, for the selected service request. |
Avg |
Average transit time for the date. |

Total work time, in minutes, for the selected service request. |

Number of service calls for the date. O If technician leaves the installation and then returns, it counts as two service calls. |
