Skills Service
Overview
The Skills Service keeps operator skill assignments up to date in SBN. On a fixed timer it runs a maintenance pass that updates and monitors each operator’s skill assignments — so that skill-based routing and reporting reflect current operator skills without manual intervention.
The Skills Service requires a working SBN data-server connection. If the connection is missing or invalid at start-up, the service logs the reason and stops.
