Overview
Use the CID Short Information report to view an abbreviated version of the Customer Information Report (report #2033). User’s branch restrictions apply.
This report displays the following information, by branch and dealer:
CID
Name
Address (with city, state, and zip code)
Telephone number of the premises
To access this report, select CID Short Information Report (report #2051) from the main menu of SBN.
The CID Short Information Report
This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the content of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.
Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of the report.

CID Range |

CID - From (No label) |
You may type a range of CIDs to limit the report to records within that range. Type the beginning CID of the range. |
CID - To (No label) |
You may type a range of CIDs to limit the report to records within that range. Type the ending CID of the range. |
Branch |
You may select a specific branch to limit the report to records associated with that branch. (This menu originates from program #1530.) O If you leave this field blank, the report includes all branches. |
Dealer |
You may select a specific dealer ID to limit the report to records associated with that dealer. (This menu originates from program #1537.) O If you leave this field blank, the report includes all branches. |

Field/Column Descriptions
The following table describes the fields and columns used in the output of the report.

Identifies the branch and dealer selected, if applicable. |
CID |
Customer CID number. |
Dealer |
ID of the dealer associated with the specified CID. |
Name |
Installation name. |
Address |
Displays up to two lines of street address information. |
City |
Installation city. |
State |
Installation state. |
Zip |
Installation zip code. |
Phone |
Phone number of the premises. |
Mon Stat |
Monitoring status of the installation. |
