Action Plan Data Control Report
Module: Account Management
Overview
Use Action Plan Data Control to create a report of action plan data for every installation that matches the report parameters.
To access this report, select Action Plan Data Control (report #2166) from the main menu of SBN.
The Action Plan Data Control Window
This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the content of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.
Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of this report.
Note: You can use wildcard characters in selected fields. For more information about using wildcards, see Searches.

Subscriber Type |
If you selected this Print flag, the report displays this heading and the subscriber type associated with the selected installation, if available and not excluded. |
Monitoring Status |
If you selected this Print flag, the report displays this heading and the monitoring status of the selected installation, if available and not excluded. |
Panel |
If you selected this Print flag, the report displays this heading and the panel type associated with the selected installation, if available and not excluded. |
Contact 1 |
If you selected this Print flag, the report displays this heading. If the action plan for the selected installation contains a Contact 1, this field displays an X. |
Contact 2 |
If you selected this Print flag, the report displays this heading. If the action plan for the selected installation contains a Contact 2, this field displays an X. |
Codeword |
If you selected this Print flag, the report displays this heading and the codeword associated with the selected installation, if available and not excluded. |
Guard Agency |
If you selected this Print flag, the report displays this heading and the guard agency associated with the selected installation, if available and not excluded. O The output includes one line for each agency associated with all action plans for the selected installation. If an agency is associated on more than one action plan for the selected installation, the output will contain a line for each association. |
Police Agency |
If you selected this Print flag, the report displays this heading and the police agency associated with the selected installation, if available and not excluded. O The output includes one line for each agency associated with all action plans for the selected installation. If an agency is associated on more than one action plan for the selected installation, the output will contain a line for each association. |
Fire Department |
If you selected this Print flag, the report displays this heading and the fire department associated with the selected installation, if available and not excluded. O The output includes one line for each agency associated with all action plans for the selected installation. If an agency is associated on more than one action plan for the selected installation, the output will contain a line for each association. |
Agency 6 |
If you selected this Print flag, the report displays this heading and the Agency 6 agency associated with the selected installation, if available and not excluded. O The output includes one line for each agency associated with all action plans for the selected installation. If an agency is associated on more than one action plan for the selected installation, the output will contain a line for each association. |
Agency 9 |
If you selected this Print flag, the report displays this heading and the Agency 9 agency associated with the selected installation, if available and not excluded. O The output includes one line for each agency associated with all action plans for the selected installation. If an agency is associated on more than one action plan for the selected installation, the output will contain a line for each association. |
Action Plan 0 |
If you selected this Print flag, the report displays this heading. If the selected installation has an action plan 0, this field displays an X. |
