Use the Acknowledge report to view data from the Alarm Log on the number of alarms acknowledged per hour for a specified period of time, sorted by

To access this report, select Acknowledge (report #1977) from the main menu of SBN.
The Acknowledge Report
This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the content of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.

Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of the Acknowledge Report.
Note: You can use wildcard characters in selected fields. For more information about using wildcards, see Searches.

You may select a range of dates to limit the report to acknowledgements that occurred during that range. Select the beginning date of the range. O This field defaults to the current date. You may select a monitoring event type to limit the report to alarms of that type or use the % wildcard to include all event types. If you leave this field blank, the report includes only acknowledged event types (10 and 11). (This menu originates from program #1621.) Note: If you select the Include Take check box, SBN includes only event types 10, 11, and 12 regardless of your selection in this field. |

You may enter a priority level (1-99) to limit the report to alarms of that priority, or leave this field blank or use the % wildcard to include all priority levels. |

Select this check box to include the number of alarms that were taken per hour in the report output. If you select this check box, the event type TAK appears in the Code column. |

When checked, the Acknowledge Report will show the Security Grade, Descriptions, Run time, Max time, Average Time, and Count between a selected time period. |

Column Descriptions
The following table describes the columns used in the output of the report.

Total acknowledge events for the selected date. |
