User ID History Report
Module: Account Management
Overview
Use the User ID History Report to display user activity for the specified period.
If you select Change Log Detail, and sort the report by User, the report includes all changes entered by the user, regardless of the modules you select.
To access this report, select User ID History (report #2092) from the main menu of SBN.
The User ID History Report
This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the content of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.
Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of the User ID History report.

Date - From |
You may select a range of dates to limit the report to user activity that occurred during that range. Select the beginning date of the range. O This field defaults to the current date. |
Time - From |
You may select a range of time to limit the report to user activity that occurred during that range. Select the beginning time of the range. O This field defaults to 00:00 (Midnight). |
Date - To |
You may select a range of dates to limit the report to user activity that occurred during that range. Select the ending date of the range. O This field defaults to tomorrow’s date. |
Time - To |
You may select a range of time to limit the report to user activity that occurred during that range. Select the ending time of the range. O This field defaults to 00:00 (Midnight). |
User |
You may select a specific user ID on which to report. (This menu originates from program #1501.) O If you leave this field blank, SBN includes all user IDs in the report. |
Types |
You may type a range of module types to limit the report to user activity in those modules. O If you leave these fields blank, the report includes user activity in all module types. |
Change Log Detail |
Enter a check mark in this box and select User as the Sort By Type to include all changes made by the user in the report. |
Sort by Types |
Enter a check mark to sort the report by Module Types. O If you leave this field blank, the report sorts by User. |

Column Descriptions
The following table describes the columns used in the output of the User ID History report.

Date and time that the user logged into the module. |

Date and time that the user logged out of the module. |
Total time |
Length of time the user was logged into the module. |
Total |
Total time the user was active in all modules for the selected period; reported as D:HH:MM:SS. |
