Open/Close Core Report

Report #:   2000

Module:    Account Management

Overview

Use the Open / Close Core report to display entries from the Open / Close Log that occurred during a specified period for each CID on an installation. The report only selects records in which the Report Flag 1 field in Data Entry contains a proper entry. User’s branch restrictions apply.

To access this report, select Open / Close Core (report #2000) from the main menu of SBN.

The Open/Close Core

This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the content of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.

Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.

SBN then emails only relevant pages of the report to each matching email address. Select F for fax parsing, SBN only includes installations that have F for Report Flag 10 and also match other report parameters. SBN parses the report for faxes by addresses.fax.
