Overview
Use Outbound Attempt Mix (program #1722) to control the percentages of which accounts enter the Collections Call Queue after �owned� accounts have been called. You control this probability based on the number of call attempts that have been made within the parameters set for branch priorities. Setting a range of call attempts in Outbound Attempt Mix affects the output of the Get Next Record button in Marketing (program #562).
To access this program, select Outbound Attempt Mix (program #1722) from the main menu of SBN

Type the percentage of times that accounts in the selected range enter the Collections call queue after �owned� accounts have been called. O The total of percentages cannot exceed 100. O If the total of percentages is less than 100, SBN queues the remaining calls randomly. |
