Zip Code Report
Module: Account Management
Overview
Use the Zip Code report to view zip codes, sorted by installation branch, and the following information:
City
State
CIDs
To access this report, select Zip Code report (report #1991) from the main menu of SBN.
The Zip Code Report
This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the content of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.
Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of the Zip Code report.

Zip Range |

Zip - From (No label) |
You may select a range of zip codes to limit the report to zip codes within that range. Select the beginning zip code of the range. |
Zip
- To |
You may select a range of zip codes to limit the report to zip codes within that range. Select the ending zip code of the range. |
Branch |
You may select a specific branch to limit the report to zip codes associated with that branch. (This menu originates from program #1530.) |

Column Descriptions
The following table describes the columns used in the output of the report.

Zip Code |
Zip code in which the selected installation is located. O The report only displays the zip code if it changes from the previous record. |
State |
State in which the selected installation is located. O The report only displays the state if it changes from the previous record. |
Branch |
Branch associated with the selected zip code. O The report only displays the branch if it changes from the previous record. |
City |
City in which the selected installation is located. O The report only displays the city if it changes from the previous record. |
Customer ID |
List of CIDs for the selected zip code. |
Status |
Displays the monitoring status of the selected installation. |
Total |
Total count of CIDs displayed on the report. O This column appears on the last page of the report. |
