Immix Service
Overview
The Immix Service connects SBN to an Immix central-station video monitoring platform. As SBN raises video-related alarm activity, the service forwards each event to Immix over a TCP connection so the central station can review the associated video, and it relays Immix's responses back into SBN. Acknowledgements and closes are passed through the same connection, keeping the SBN alarm record and the Immix event in step.
The service supports two generations of the Immix interface. The older interface sends each event on its own, while the current 3.0 interface first opens a session identified by a unique site identifier, sends a periodic heartbeat to keep that session alive, and closes the session cleanly on shutdown.
The service requires a working SBN data-server connection and a reachable Immix video server; if either cannot be established at start-up, the service logs the reason and stops.

Service Properties
Only properties specific to this service are listed here. Common service properties (SBN Server connection, Logging, SMTP) are found here.
Immix Version
Selects which generation of the Immix interface to use: the current 3.0 interface, or the older pre-3.0 interface. Choose the version that matches the Immix platform this service connects to.
Unique Id
The site identifier used to open and maintain the Immix 3.0 session. It is required when the Immix Version is set to 3.0; the service will not start without it. Not used by the older interface.
Heartbeat (In Seconds)
How often the service sends a keep-alive message to Immix to hold the session open. Applies only to the 3.0 interface.
Video Server
The address of the Immix video server the service connects to.
Video Port
The TCP port on the Immix video server that the service connects to.
Zone Prefix
An optional prefix added to the zone identifier sent to Immix, used to align SBN zones with the way they are named on the Immix side.
SBN Error Account (CID)
The SBN account (CID) used to report errors raised while communicating with Immix.
Include full file path in Alarm Log comment
When enabled, the full path to the stored video file returned by Immix is written into the SBN Alarm Log comment. When enabled, the Video file path below sets the base location used to build that path.
Video file path
The base directory used to build the video file path written to the Alarm Log comment. Used only when the option above is enabled.
