Overview
The Installation History report provides a list of all installations performed for a selected time period and includes
Installation name
Installation number
Address
Equipment installed
User’s branch restrictions apply.
To access this report, select Installation History (report #2061) from the main menu of SBN.
The Installation History Report
This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the content of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.
Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of this report.

Date
- From |
You must select a date or a range of dates to limit the report to installs that occurred during that range. Select the beginning date of the range. O This field defaults to the current date. |
Time

You may select a range of time to limit the report to installs that occurred during that range. Select the beginning time of the range. O This field defaults to 00:00 (Midnight). |
Date
- To |
You may select a range of dates to limit the report to installs that occurred during that range. Select the ending date of the range. O This field defaults to tomorrow’s date. |
Time

You may select a range of time to limit the report to installs that occurred during that range. Select the ending time of the range. O This field defaults to 00:00 (Midnight). |
Installer |
You may select an installer ID to limit the report to installs associated with that installer ID. (This menu originates from programs #1811 and #1543.) |
Installer Company |
You may select an installer company to limit the report to installs associated with that installer company. (This menu originates from program #1536.) |
Branch |
You may select a branch to limit the report to installs associated with that branch. (This menu originates from program #1530.) |
Monitor Status |
You may select a monitoring status to limit the report to installations with that monitoring status. (This menu originates from program #1540.) |
Ins No |
You may type a specific installation number, to limit the report to that installation. |
Sales Person |
You may select a sales person ID to limit the report to installs associated with that sales person ID. (This menu originates from program #1811 and #1539.) |
Sort By |
You must select a sorting parameter for the report: l Branch l Sales Person l Installer Company l Installer ID l Installation Date l Installation number |

The Dealer ID associated with the installation number. |

Addr |
The street address from the installation. |
Work Order # |
Work order number for the installation. |

Cycle |
The recurring (Cycle) fee associated with this item. |
One Time |
The flat (One Time) fee associated with this item. |
