Overview
The Open/Close Status report lists the open / close status, at the time the report is run, of all installations attached to a given CID.
To access this report, choose Open/Close Status Report (report #2156) from the main menu of SBN.
The Open/Close Status Report
This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the content of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.

Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of this report.
Note: You can use wildcard characters in selected fields. For more information about using wildcards, see Searches.

You may select a specific time zone to limit the report to open / close activity for that time zone. |

Column Descriptions
The following table describes the columns used in the report output.

Identifies if the installation belongs to Email Group 1. |

Identifies if the installation belongs to Email Group 2. |
Date |
Displays the date the report was run. O This report displays premises date, not user date. |
Time |
Displays the time the report was run. O This report displays premises time, not user time. |
Name |
Displays the name of the company. |
Status |
Displays the open / close status at the time the report was run. |
