Overview
Use the Schedule Detail Report to print a seven-day schedule for all resources of a specified type, within a specified branch.
To access this report, choose Schedule Detail Report (report #2112) from the main menu of SBN.
The Schedule Detail Report Screen
This screen contains two panels: use the upper panel to define the contents of the report; use the lower panel to define the job output - how, when, and where you want the report printed.
Note: Because all reports have the same lower panel, these fields are described in detail in the reference document, Report Parameters Pane.

Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper section of this report.

Branch |
You must select a specific branch to limit the report to scheduled appointments for resources associated with that branch. (This menu originates from program #1530.) |
Resource Type |
You must select a resource type to limit the report to scheduled appointments for resources of that type. |
Resource ID Range |

You may select a range of resource IDs to limit the report to scheduled appointments for resources with an ID within the range; select the beginning resource ID of the range. |

ID - To |
You may select a range of resource IDs to limit the report to scheduled appointments for resources with an ID within the range; select the ending resource ID of the range. |
Start Date |
Select the start day of the seven-day schedule. |
Running and Viewing the Report
To run the report:
1. In Schedule Detail Report (report #2112), define the parameters for the report.
2. Choose Save to save the report to the Report Queue.
Note: For more information on using the Report Queue, see Report Queue.
3. In Report Queue (program #1558), choose Own to display the report list.
4. In the report list, locate the report.
5. Choose Own again to refresh the status of the report.
6. When the report displays an X in the Print Flag column, which indicates the report is ready, double-click it to open the report.
7. Choose Display Report.
‰ The Print Preview window opens.

Column Descriptions
The following table describes the columns used in the output of the report.

Identifies the branch to which the following schedule applies. |
Resource Type |
Identifies the resource type to which the following schedule applies. |

Week day/date |
Seven columns that display the appointments scheduled for that day of the week and date. |
Appointment Descriptions
The following table describes the information in the appointment slots of the schedule.

l If the resource type is SALE, the line displays Q# and the inquiry number. l If the resource type is INST, the line displays W# and the work order number. l If the resource type is TECH, the line displays R# and the service request number. |
Line 4 |
Customer phone number, if available. O If the slot contains a non-work code entered from the Set Code window of Scheduling, the line displays the set code description. |
Line 5 |
Customer street address, if available. |

Customer city, if available. |

Schedule comment, if available. |
