Overview
Use the Service Request Count by Installer / Technician and Subscriber Type report to view counts of subscriber types for installers or technicians within a specified period. User’s branch restrictions apply. This reports sorts results alphabetically by resource ID and then by subscriber type.
To access this report, choose Service Request Count by Installer / Technician and Subscriber Type (report #1160) from the main menu of SBN.
The Service Request Count by Inst / Tech and Subscriber Type Report
This window contains two panes: in the upper pane you define the content of the report; in the lower pane you defining the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.
Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of this report.
Note: You can use wildcard characters in selected fields. For more information about using wildcards, see Using Wildcard Characters in the reference document, Searches.

Column Descriptions
The following table describes the columns used in the output of the report.

Displays the code for the subscriber type. |

Text description of the subscriber type. |
Count |
The number of service requests of the selected subscriber type for the selected resource during the specified period. |
Technician / Installer |
Depending on the grouping parameter selected, this column displays either the technician ID and name or the installer ID and name. |
Technician / Installer Total |
Displays the total count for the selected technician or installer. |
Grand Total |
Displays the total count of all service requests that match the report parameters for the specified period. |
