Overview
Use the Communication Log report (report #1904) to create a printed record of Communication Log entries. In the Communication Log report you can run entries by

You can also limit the results by branch or by dealer. User’s branch restrictions apply.
To access this report, select Communication Log Report (report #1904) from the main menu of SBN.
The Communication Log Report
This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the contents of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.

The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of this report.

Dealer ID for the installation number. |

Name on the installation. |

Date |
Date the log entry was made. |

Time |
Time the log entry was made. |

Source |
Indicates which program the log entry was generated from. |

Code |
Code that indicates the type of log entry. |
|
Media |
Indicates the type of media used to contact the customer. |

Dir |
Indicates the direction of the communication (to or from) the customer. |

Fllw-Up Dt |
Follow-up date assigned to the log entry. |

Key 1 |
Company-defined field for tracking log entries. |
|
Key 2 |
Company-defined field for tracking log entries. |
|
User |
User ID of the person who created the entry. |
|
Sender |
User ID of the person to whom the log entry was sent. |
|
Text (No label) |
Text entries for the log. Each entry has a line index number. |
