Alarm Log History External Report

Report #:   2120

Module:    Account Management

Overview

The Alarm Log History (External) report provides data from the Alarm Log and/or the Open / Close Log intended for outside users, such as customers. It provides pertinent information for customers, but filters out information that your company might consider confidential or sensitive.

Options mo117 and mo118 control whether passcard numbers and call list phone numbers appear on this report output.

Option ma001 controls the sort order of the report output.

When on, the report sorts by time, then sequence.

When off, the report sorts by incident number, time, then sequence.

You may set up an account in Data Entry so that SBN automatically emails or faxes this report when the report runs. To use this feature, you must set Flag 10 to either fax or email in the Rep Flag field of the Basics tab and define email addresses and fax numbers.

To access this report, select Alarm Log History (External) Report (report #2120) from the main menu of SBN.
