Overview
Use Cancel Reason (program #1582) to define the reason for cancelled accounts. A menu of reasons appears in the Cancel Contract window of Contract Master (program #548).
To access this program, choose Cancel Reason (program #1582) from the main menu of SBN.

The following graphic shows Cancel Reason as the program opens. The window displays previously defined reasons.

Zooming into the Sublevel
Use the sublevel tab, Translations, to attach translations to cancel reasons. Cancel Reasons then appear in SBN in the user’s language.
Note: Actions 1582/10-14 control access to the Translations tab and functions.
