Overview
Use the Unknown CIDs report to view the number of events with the text variable defined by option badcid in the Comment field that occurred in a specified period. User’s branch restrictions apply.
To access this report, select Unknown CIDs (program #2084) from the main menu of SBN.
The Unknown CIDs Report
This window contains two panes: in the upper pane you define the content of the report; in the lower pane you define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.
Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of the Unknown CIDs report.

You may select a range of dates to limit the report to events that occurred within the range. Select the beginning date of the range. O This field defaults to the current day. |
Time

You may select a range of time to limit the report to events that occurred within the range. Select the beginning time of the range. O This field defaults to 00:00 (Midnight). |
Date
- To |
You may select a range of dates to limit the report to events that occurred within the range. Select the ending date of the range. O This field defaults to tomorrow’s date. |
Time

You may select a range of time to limit the report to events that occurred within the range. Select the ending time of the range. O This field defaults to 00:00 (Midnight). |

Column Descriptions
The following table describes the columns used in the output of the Unknown CIDs report.

Alarm ID |
CID on which the event occurred. |
Account Total |
Total number of CIDs that generated alarms for the specified period on each error account. |
Grand Total |
Total CIDs that generated alarms for the specified period. |
