Use this option to define an external application that SBN sends incident details to when a user chooses the Guard Auto Dispatch, Guard Cancel, and Guard Out monitoring actions in Dispatch (program #537).

SBN sends the following details of the selected alarm incident to the external application when a user chooses the Guard Cancel and Guard Out monitoring actions:

  • 'GuardCan' or 'GuardOut'

  • CID

  • Country

  • Installation number (ins_no)

  • Incident number

  • Operator ID (SBN user ID)

SBN sends the same details listed above to the external application when a user chooses the Guard Auto Dispatch action, in addition to the following:

  • 'GuardCallAuto' instead of 'GuardCan' or 'GuardOut'

  • Phone number selected in the Guard Call Auto dialog box

  • Check box number of the phone number selected in the Guard Call Auto dialog box (1, 2, 3, or 4)
